A downtown regulating plan was created to guide ground floor uses for three different types of streets: a primary commercial street, a secondary commercial street and work-live streets. Important anchor sites were identified along with seasonal retail attractions. Ground Floor Land Uses include: Retail, Commercial/Office, Work-Live/Flex, Residential, and Civic Uses.
RPP was the project lead with input from nationally recognized retail experts, the community, merchants association, and project developer. The recommendations were incorporated into the Railyard Master Plan
