TRPA is working to identify regional policies while working to complete the Goals and Policies document which will inform the new Regional Plan for the Tahoe Basin.

Community Enhancement Program (CEP) Materials

TRPA is excited to announce the Community Enhancement Program, a.k.a Demonstration Program. The program includes a required pre-application process where qualified developers and their local agency partners are asked to submit concept plans by October 31, 2007. The best projects will be invited to submit complete applications in the fall

Help us implement a sustainable vision for Lake Tahoe communities. The Community Enhancement Program is seeking net gain solutions for the Lake Tahoe Basin which implement environmental improvements, enhance the quality of life for residents, improve the visitor experience and contribute to the long-term economic vitality of the region.
